Hello. I created this app after a period of deep emotional sadness that followed rejections from many employers and indie studios. At that time, in 2022, I had been teaching myself Unity development for two years, and I only had prototypes of some pet projects. Before that, I worked as a medic. I was very happy to quit the institution, thinking that a wonderful future as a game developer awaited me. However, this did not impress employers, and my code did not surprise anyone either. After that, I got very upset and started drinking heavy drinks. This state lasted for a month, after which I pulled myself together and got angry at myself. I decided that if employers do not take prototypes seriously, then I need to make a full game published on some platform.
I wanted to make a unique game that would be truly interesting from a gameplay perspective. I remembered the browser game "Google Cat," which could be played on the main page as a Halloween event. The main feature of that game was drawing patterns. If you drew a pattern correctly, the cat would cast a corresponding spell. I thought it was a truly interesting idea that was not used very often, and it could be developed interestingly in my own game. So, I started developing a roguelike with RPG elements and the main gameplay element from that game.
Development took me six months. There wasn't a strong response, but it didn't upset me, as the game was indeed very niche and specific, requiring the player to understand the mechanics to enjoy the gameplay.
