I built CogniFocus because most focus apps felt passive. They tracked time while I still opened TikTok “for 2 minutes” and disappeared for an hour. CogniFocus reacts when your attention slips. During a focus session, the Goblin companion notices distractions, calls you out and helps pull you back before doomscrolling takes over. It combines a focus timer, app blocker, behavioral nudges, and reactive companion system into something that feels more alive than a normal productivity app. The goal isn’t just tracking focus. It’s protecting attention in real time.
